试论高职高专商务英语专业定位与人才培养策略

On the Orientation and Strategy of Higher Hocational English Talents Cultivation

我国经济全球化趋势给高校各级各类英语专业毕业生就业带来了机遇,然而,由于近几年高校扩招而导致的市场"溢出效应"正逐步显现。本文对目前影响英语人才就业的多方因素进行了分析,并根据市场竞争特点就高职高专商务英语专业如何面对机遇与挑战,因"市"利导,挖掘潜力,培养具有市场竞争力的应用型英语人才提出了建议。

The economy globalization has brought great chances to the graduates of English major. However, the hyper normal development of higher education has also brought about troubles to the talent employment. Based on the analysis of the competitive characteristics of the talent market, this paper puts forward that the orientation of higher vocational English major should be market-guided. Moreover, ideas on how to tap its potentials and develop competitive higher vocational English talent are also presented.
