摘要
本文以行为及电生理反应方法研究了蝎毒镇痛活性肽(SAP)的镇痛作用。SAP是由东亚钳蝎毒经Sephadex柱层析反复分离纯化而成的多肽物物质。实验中利用大鼠光热甩尾法、小鼠热板法及扭体法证明SAP有很强的镇痛作用。SAP对大鼠三叉神经下颌分支刺激引起的皮层诱发电位N波有较强的抑制作用。对吗啡耐受的大鼠仍有较强的镇痛作用。
The analgesic effect of Sephadex isolated and purified Scropion Analgesic Peptide (SAP) was investigated. After injection of SAP intravenously, significant analgesic effects were observed in hot-plate test, tail-flick test, acetic acid writhing test and electrial stimulation test. The result showed that SAP has strong inhibitory effect on the cortical potential evoked by stimulating the mandibular branch of trigeminal nerve. SAP showed strong analgesic effect even in morphine tolerance rats.
