摘要
针对传统在实验箱上进行可编程控制器实验的缺点,提出了利用MCGS组态软件开发PLC实验项目的方法,以PLC网络与通信实验为例来分析其建立过程。实际应用结果表明,利用动画配合实物协同运动,能有效提高学生的学习兴趣,编程技巧和动手能力,大大丰富了PLC实验课的教学效果。
To overcome the drawbacks of traditional PLC experiment conducted in experiment box, the method developed from PLC emulation experiment with MCGS is proposed in this paper. PLC network communication, an example of the method, is introduced in details. Actual application rcsults demonstrate that not only students' learning interests are enhanced, and their ability to analyze and solve problems is developed, but also teaching efficieney of PLC experiments is enriched.
