驰名商标的特点,使其成为首当其中的侵权对象。要维护驰名商标的专用权不受侵害,举证是关键,其前提就是要有真实的驰名商标档案材料作依据,驰名商标档案对驰名商标维权有着举足轻重的作用。
The features of famous trademarks make them the first targets of tort. In order to maintain the powers of famous trademarks from tort, offering testinmony is the key. To have files of famous trademarks as the base is the essential prerequisite, so the files of famous trademarks occupy a pivotal position in the maintenance of famous trademarks＇ powers.
