内压下轴向穿透裂纹等强度异径三通K_1的计算

摘要 本文以断裂力学为基础,采用有限元分析方法,借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,对含轴向穿透裂纹等强度异径三通进行了研究。选择单元SOLID95和单元SOLID45建立了含轴向穿透裂纹等强度异径三通的有限元模型,并以此计算了内压载荷下各几何尺寸和裂纹尺寸三通主管和支管的应力强度因子K_1,进一步换算成形状因子F并拟合成公式。公式的拟合误差在10%以内,可以满足工程安全评定的要求。 Based on fracture mechanics, adopting the finite element analysis and ANSYS reduce tee with axial penetrated crack has been studied by The finite element model has been built with element SOL- ID95 and element SOLID45. The stress intensity factors K1 of Run Pipe and branch pipe in different geometry dimensions and crack dimensions have been calculated. Based on the stress intensity factor results, the shape factors have been calculated and the formulas have been given by curve fitting. The result can be used to engineering safety evaluation.
