反相高效液相色谱法测定益气降糖胶囊中葛根素的含量

Content analysis of puerarin in Yiqijiangtang capsules by HPLC

目的建立益气降糖胶囊中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×200mm);甲醇-0.5%醋酸(体积比19∶81)为流动相;流速1.000mL/min,检测波长250nm,柱温35℃。结果葛根素的进样量在0.0535～0.535μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均回收率为96.32%,RSD为0.63%。结论本方法简单、可靠、专属性强,可以作为控制益气降糖胶囊质量的方法。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for analyzing the content of puerarin in Yiqijiangtang capsule. Methods Samples were analyzed on an LUNA ODS C18 column（5 m,4.6 mm 200 mm）by using methanol -0.5% HAc （19：81 ） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the detecting wavelength 250 nm. Results The linear range of puerarin was 0. 0535 -0. 535 μg（r =0. 9998）. The average recovery was 96.32% （RSD = 0.63% ）. Conclusion The method is reliable, accurate and specific. It can be used for the quality control of Yioiiiangtang caosule.
