羟苯磺酸钙胶囊不同含量测定方法的比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立UV吸收系数法和HPLC法测定羟苯磺酸钙胶囊的含量,并与文献方法进行比较。方法①UV吸收系数法:溶剂为水,测定波长为301nm,吸收系数Ε1%1cm为188(以C12H10CaO10S2计);②UV对照品法:溶剂为水,测定波长为301nm;③铈量滴定法;④HPLC法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,0.2%磷酸二氢钾-甲醇(体积比90∶10)为流动相;检测波长为301nm。结果UV吸收系数法、UV对照品法和铈量滴定法3种方法的结果基本一致,HPLC法测定结果较其他3种方法的低。结论HPLC法的可以有效分离可能存在的降解产物,比其他3种方法更能有效反映产品的真实质量,有利于产品的质量控制。 Objective To establish an HPLC and UV spectrophotometry for analyzing the content of calcium dobesilate in calcium dobesilate capsules, and compare the results with those of references. MethodsIn UV absorbanee coefficient, water was used as the solution, the detection wavelength was 301 nm. The absorption coefficient was 188 (ealeulated as C12H10CaO10S2). In control method, water was used as solution And the detection wavelength was 301 nm. In HPLC, samples were analyzed on a C18 column by using 0. 2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol (90: 10) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 301 nm. Results Result among UV absorbance coefficient, control method and(3) was conformable, but the result of HPLC was lower than others. Conclusion Degradated substances or other related substances can be separated effectively by HPLC. So the method of HPLC was more suitable for quality control than other three methods.
