川芎提取物对神经根型颈椎病模型大鼠根性疼痛的保护作用研究 被引量:45

摘要 目的探讨川芎提取物治疗神经根型颈椎病大鼠神经根性疼痛的作用及机制。方法通过改良椎管插线方法建立神经根型颈椎病大鼠神经根性疼痛模型。将大鼠随机分为5组:川芎高、中、低剂量组,模型组,颈复康组,每组8只。干预前及干预后10d分别进行疼痛行为及步态评估、左正中神经体感诱发电位(SEP)测量;干预结束后取受损颈髓及神经根组织,进行病理切片,观察形态学变化。结果川芎高、中、低剂量灌胃给药后,可以明显改善模型大鼠根性疼痛的相关行为,恢复受损神经SEP的潜伏期、波幅及传导速度等,与模型组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05),并可发挥神经保护作用,减轻受损神经根的水肿变性、髓鞘脱失等损伤。结论川芎提取物可以明显减轻模型大鼠的颈神经根性疼痛,其作用可能与神经保护作用有关。 Objective To study the effect and mechanism of extract of Rhizoma Chuanxiong on rat with cervical root pain. Methods The models of rats with cervical root pain were established by modified buried suture in vertebral canal. The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (8 rats in each group) : the three groups administered with extract of Rhizoma Chuanxiong at low, moderate and high doses respectively, model group, and the group administered with Jingfukang granules. Before and 10 days after treatment, neuropathic pain behaviors were evaluated, and the left median nerve somatosensory evoked potentials were measured; and after the treatment, the cervical nerve roots were taken for pathological section and morphological analysis. Re.suits The groups administered with extract of Rhizoma Chuanxiong at high and moderate doses showed significant effects on pain-related behavior scores and recovery of SEP data (latence, amplitude, conduction of velocity). There were significant differences compared with model group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and neuroprotective effect can be saw in the groups administered with extract of Rhizoma Chuanxiong with hydropic degeneration and demyelination of nerve root were relieved. Conclusion The extract of Rhizoma Chuanxiong showed therapeutic effects on cervical root pain, which might be correlated with the neuroprotective effect.
