消癃闭颗粒中虎杖苷的HPLC法测定

Determination of Polydatin in Xiaolongbi Granules by HPLC

目的:建立消癃闭颗粒中虎杖苷含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim pack VP-ODS C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(17:83),检测波长为306 nm,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温:35℃。结果:虎杖苷线性范围为0.05～0.61μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率101.4%,RSD为1.9%(n=6)。结论:方法可靠,简单可行,可控制消癃闭颗粒的质量。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the polydatin in Xiaolongbi granules. Method： The shimpack VP-ODS C18 column（ 150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）was used, the acetonitrile-water（ 17：83 ）as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 306 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml· min^-1. Result： The linear range of polydatin was 0.05 -0.61μg, the average recovery was 101.4% ,RSD was 1.9% （n = 6）. Conclusion： This method is accurate, and reliable, it can he used for the quality control of Xiaolongbi granules.
