渭良伤科贴膏的提取工艺

Extraction Process of Weiliang Shangke Strapping

目的:优选渭良伤科贴膏的提取工艺。方法:以干膏量和提取液中栀子苷含量为指标,以水为提取溶媒,采用正交试验法,来考察提取次数、加水量、提取时间、药材粉碎度、浸泡时间对渭良伤科贴膏提取效果的影响。结果:最佳提取条件为:取药材饮片先加水浸泡2 h,然后提取2次,第一次提取1.5 h,加水量为13倍,第二次提取1 h,加水量为10倍。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行。

Objective： To optimize the best extraction process of Weiliang Shangke Strapping. Method： The total solid and the content of geniposide were used as the indexes, the effect of extraction times, solvent volume, extraction time, grinding degree of material and soaking time on the extraction results were observed by the orthogonal design. Result： The best extraction conditions were that the herbal pieces were soaked for 2 hours then extracted twice（ adding 13 times amount water and extracting for 1.5 hours for the first time and adding 10 times amount water and extracting for 1 hour for the second time）. Conclusion： The extraction process is stable and usable.
