Quality Standard For Fuganning Tablets

目的:建立复肝宁片的质量控制方法。方法:采用TLC方法对处方中的山楂、牡丹皮进行了鉴别;采用HPLC方法测定绿原酸的含量。结果:薄层色谱中斑点清晰,易于识别;绿原酸线性范围为0.08～1.22μg,r=1.000 0,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=0.3%(n=6)。结论:方法简单,准确,能控制该制剂的质量。

Objective： To establish a method of quality control of Fuganning tablets. Method： The Fruetus crategi, Cortex movtan in this medicine were identified by TLC ;the content of ehlorogenie acid was determined by HPLC. Result： The spots in TLC were clear and distinguished well ; The linear range of Chlorogenie acid was 0.08 - 1.22 μg, r = 1. 0000, The average recovery was 99.5% , RSD 0.3% （n = 6 ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive, and accurate o It can be used for control the quality of Fuganning tablets.
