摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定穿龙骨刺片中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:Agilent C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),0.075 mo·L^(-1)磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调pH=4.5)-乙腈(75:25)为流动相,流速0.8ml·min^(-1)检测波长270 nm。结果:淫羊藿苷在进样量0.02～0.16μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.2%(rSD=1.0%,n= 9)。结论:方法准确可靠、重复性好,简便快速,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the ieariin in Chuan Long Gu Ci Tablets. Method： Agilent C t8 column（250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used, the 0. 075 mol·L^-1 Phosphoric acid solution（ adjust pH to 4.5 with triethylamine） -aeetonitrile（75： 25） as mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.8 ml-min 1 the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Result： The linear range of icariin was 0.02 -0.16 μg（r =0. 999 9） , the average recovery was 99.2% with RSD = 1.0% （n =9）. Conclusion： This method is accurate and reliable, it can be used for the quality control of Chuan Long Gu Ci Tablets .
