摘要
目的:建立阿奇霉素分散片的含量测定方法。方法:以无水乙醇为溶剂,运用旋光法测定阿奇霉素分散片的含量。结果:阿奇霉素在4.93～39.44 mg·ml^(-1)范围内浓度与旋光度呈良好线性关系,平均回收率99.5%,RSD为1.77%(n=9)。结论:本法简便易行,结果准确。
Objective： To establish a polarimetry mothod for determination the content of azithromyein dispersible tablets. Method ： Polarimetry analysis was used ; the solvent was ethanol absolute. Result： The linear range of azithromyein was 4.93 - 39.44 mg· ml^-1. The average recovery was 99.5% with RSD was 1.8%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reliable.
