摘要
目的:考察烟酸凝胶骨架缓释片贮存期间稳定性。方法:采用加速试验和长期试验方法,考察外观性状、含量和释放度。结果:密封包装条件下,36个月内外观性状、含量和释放度检查结果没有显著性变化。结论:该制剂密封条件下贮存,有效期可以定为2年。
Objective： To investigate the stability of gel matrix sustained release tablets of nicotinic acid in storied terms. Method： The characters, content and release rate were studied by the accelerated and long-term tests. Result： Under the tight packing condition, no obvious changes were observed for the characters, contents and release rate of the samples within 36 months. Conclusion： Storied in tight container, the recommended validity life of tablets is 2 years.
