Determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in Zhitong Capsuless by HPLC

目的:应用HPLC法对止痛胶囊中延胡索乙素进行含量测定。方法:选用Kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH至6.0)(64:36)为流动相,流速为1.00 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为280 nm。结果:延胡索乙素线性范围为0.14～1.4μg(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.5%,RSD 1.12%。结论:本法准确、灵敏、简便。

Objective： To determine the content of Tetrahydropalmatine in Zhitong capsules by HPLC. Method： Kromasil C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm） was used, the Methanol -0.1% Phosphoric acid solution （adjusted pH to 6.0 with triethylamine） （64：36） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.00 ml. min - 1, the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Result： The linear range was 0.14 - 1.4 μg for tetrahydropalmatine（ r = 0. 999 9 ）. The average recovery was 99.50% ,RSD = 1, 12%. Conclusion： This method is accurative, sensitive and simple
