甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗继发失效糖尿病

Clinical Observation of Insulin Glargine Combined with Acarbose on Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Secondary Failure

目的:观察甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗继发失效2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:将62例2型糖尿病患者分为2组,治疗组应用甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖;对照组应用诺和灵30R联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组治疗后的血糖和HbAlc以及胰岛素用量。结果:治疗组治疗后血糖和HbAlc水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),且胰岛素用量更少(P<0.01)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗能很好地控制继发失效2型糖尿患者的血糖。

Objective： To observe the effects of insulin glargine combined with acarbose on treafment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with secondary, failure. Method ： Sixty-two patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with secondary failure were divided into two groups ： the treatment group treated with insulin glargine combined with acarbose, and the control group treated with premixed insulin 30R（ Novolin 30R） combined with mefformin. Fasting blood glucose, 2 h blood glucose, glyeosylate hemoglobin（ HbAle）, the dose of insulin were measured and compared before and after treatment. Result ： The level of blood glucose and HbA1 c in the treatment group was lower than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the dose of insulin was less in the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The treatments of insulin glargine combined with acarbose can control blood glucose in type 2 diabetes mellitus with secondary failure effectively.
