摘要
采用德国西门子公司NETOMAC程序为小干扰稳定研究工具,选取华东电网2007年夏季、冬季共5个典型运行方式,以全网机组都不投电力系统稳定器(PSS)为前提条件,从全局的角度研究了华东电网2007年小干扰基本特性,全面揭示华东电网最原始、最严重的小干扰稳定问题的基本特点。制定了能够整体提高华东电网小干扰稳定性能的全网PSS配置方案,并验证了该PSS配置方案的有效性和鲁棒性。
The basic characteristics of small signal stability in East China Power Grid in 2007 were studied from global view and with NETOMAC program developed by Siemens, Germany as research tool of small signal stability, and choosing 5 typical operation modes of East China Power Grid in the winter and summer in 2007, and taking without power system stabilizer (PSS) in operation in power system as prerequisite condition, which reveals the basic characteristics of the most original and serious problem of small signal stability in East China Power Grid. Based on the above, the configuration scheme of PSS in East China Power Grid was established, which can improve overall small signal stability of East China Power Grid, and verify the validity and robustness of this PSS configuration scheme.
