摘要
为解决某电厂大量燃用无烟煤时灰渣可燃物偏高、锅炉效率偏低的问题,进行了典型适炉贫煤与典型无烟煤不同混煤掺烧方式的优化对比试验,试验均在满负荷下进行。选定一套制粉系统单独磨制无烟煤,严格控制细度,利用输粉库叉管向2个粉仓同时输粉,进行"分磨制粉、仓内掺混、炉内混烧"的锅炉效率及制粉出力测试。按照同样的入炉煤量比例在进入磨煤机前将无烟煤和贫煤预先混合,进行"炉前掺混、炉内混烧"对比试验。试验结果表明:仓储式制粉系统锅炉在大量燃用无烟煤时,"分磨制粉"方式较传统的"炉前掺混"方式燃烧效率提高约1.5%。
To solve the problems in anthracite combustion, such as excessive combustibles in ash slag and lower boiler efficiency, the optimization experiments were performed under full load on different coal-blending methods with typical lean coal and typical anthracite. By selecting a pulverizing system to pulverize anthracite exclusively and control fineness strictly, the pulverized coal was conveyed to the both bunkers synchronously through crossover pipes, and the boiler efficiency and pulverizing system output were tested following the coal-blending method of 'Pulverizing coal in different mills, blending in coal bin and mixed burning in furnace '. This was compared with that following 'Blending before furnace and mixed burning in furnace', and the result shows : when burning anthracite in great deal from the inter-bin coal pulverizing system, the combustion efficiency of coal-blending way of 'Pulverizing coal in different mills' has been increased by 1.5% or so compared with traditional way of ' Blending before furnace'.
