摘要 对新华公司的XDPS DCS与Emerson公司的Ovation DEH采用串口通信不稳定的问题进行分析,主要原因是DCS接收数据时发生了溢出,确定XDPS系统不适合直接采用串口与第三方系统进行通信,提出几种合适的解决方案。以梅县发电厂5、6号机组通信改造工程为例,介绍采用以太网和MODBUS TCP/IP通信规约来实现2个系统间通信的技术原理、方法和注意事项,阐述了如何通过设置DEH和DCS的参数来实现通信,并使2路通信同时工作,实现通信冗余。 The unstable communication with serial interface between Xinhua XDPS DCS and Ovation DEH was analyzed. The major cause is data overflow in the data receiving process of DCS from DEH, for which the serial interface is not applicable for the communication between XDPS system and the third-party system. Based on this, several suitable solutions were put forward. Taking the communication retrofit on Unit 5 and 6 in Meixian Power Plant for instance, the technical principle, methods and precautions were introduced for the communication between two systems by means of Ethemet network and MODBUS TCP/IP. Several issues were illustrated such as setting DEH and DCS parameters to implement communication, and operating two channels simultaneously for the redundancy communication.
