开放式自主创新的目的是使我国汽车产业,尽可能快建成为一个创新型的汽车工业体系,以加入到国际汽车产业的分工合作之中,体现出我们应有的地位。

The goal of open self-innovation is to make domestic auto industry an innovative system so that we can share out the work and help one another with international partners and fulfill our own responsibilities.
