Student Punishment System Construction in the Perspective of a Harmonious Campus

本文分析了高校在处分违纪学生方面存在的两大问题,从和谐校园的角度出发,在学生处分程序机制与纪律处分解除两方面重构学生处分制度,以期达到公平公正,实现校园和谐的目的。

This thesis analyses two major issues in the college student punishment caused by the violation of disciplines. From the perspective of a harmonious campus, a student punishment system should be reeonstrneted in punishment proceedings and disciplinary punishment absolveness, in order to achieve fairness and justice, and to construet a harmonious campus.
