摘要
期刊企业要在竞争中取胜,就必须塑造企业文化,从而增强职工的凝聚力、影响力和创造力:形成目标定位、明确发展方向;加强人才培养与智力投资;树立以人为本发展理念,增强员工归属感;要建立一系列的规章制度,保证企业文化建设的长期性和制度化;增加必要的投入,营造良好的工作环境;要保证文化活动开展的经常化。
If a journal enterprise wants to win in the competition, it should build the corporate culture so as to enhance the cohesion of workers, influence and creativity. It should has its own the target position and explicit direction, strengthen personnel training and intellectual investment, establish a people-centered development philosophy, enhance the belonging sense of staff, set up a series of rules and regulations to ensure the long-term building of enterprise culture and institutions. It should increase investment and create good working environraent to carry out the cultural activities regularly.
