摘要 研究了蛋白酶处理工艺在天然茜草染料染毛织物中的应用。用测定表面染色深度K/S值和织物断裂强度的方法检验毛织物的酶处理效果,从处理温度、pH值、处理时间和酶用量等方面进行分析和讨论,最终得到酶处理毛织物的最佳工艺是40℃处理40 min,pH值3,蛋白酶3%(owf),浴比1∶50。处理后,毛织物染深色K/S值明显高于未处理织物,各项色牢度均达4级以上,其中皂洗牢度的沾色和湿摩擦牢度比未处理毛织物的高0.5级。 The application of treatment process of proteolytic enzyme on wool fabrics dyeing with natural madder dyestuff was studied. The effects of enzyme on wool fabrics were estimated by the superficial depth (K/S value) and breaking tenacity. From the aspects of treating temperature, pH value, treating time and concentration of proteolytic enzyme, the optimal process of proteolytic enzyme to treat wool fabrics was obtained. The optimal process was that the fabrics were treated with proteolytic enzyme 3 % (owf), at 40 ℃ for 40 rain, liquor ratio 1 : 50. The superficial depth (K/S value) of the treated fabrics was higher than those of untreated fabrics. The grade of rubbing fastness and soap fastness of treated fabrics reached 4, meanwhile, the grade of staining on soap fastness and wet-rubbing fastness were 0.5 grades higher than those of untreated fabrics.
