This paper focuses on illustrating to the method of once bath twice steps, such as the different kinds of dyestuffs choosing, the choice and dosage for each aidstuff, the dissolved way to dyestuf and aidstuff, also regarding when and how much to put into the dyestuff and aidstuff, as well as instituting dyeing technics curve. It studies the practical production dyeing prescription of once bath twice steps to dye colour mauve and blue, including dyeing technics. Then it testes and analyses the yarn appearance quality via the fore - and - aft index of wool/acrylic blending yarn, the fastness after dyeing in order to demonstrate the technologic rationality for once both twice steps.
