摘要
促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(corticotropin-releasing hormone,CRH)作为哺乳动物应激反应的重要激素,在外周和中枢神经系统内对痛觉调节的过程中发挥着重要作用。CRH结合并激活其受体,通过减少外周伤害性刺激向中枢的传入、调节中枢神经元电活动的可塑性或者调节脊髓后角伤害性刺激等参与机体痛觉的调控。但是其作用机制尚需深入研究。此文综述CRH在外周、脊髓、中枢各水平的疼痛调节作用。
The stress neuropeptide, corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH), distributes in central nervous system and inflammatory sites, and plays important role in pain modulation. Peripheral and central CRH may participate in pain and analgesia modulation via reducing the conduction of nociceptive stimulus towards nerve center and regulating the plasticity of central neuron electric activity, but the specific mechanisms are still unknown. This article reviews the roles of CRH in pain modulation at peripheral, spinal and central levels.
