摘要 DNA扩增的方法有许多种,其中cDNA末端快速扩增(rapid amplification of cDNA ends,RACE)因其操作简单、成功率相对较高、重复性好,被广泛应用于真核生物基因全长的克隆与分析。本文比较了市售的RACE试剂盒所采用的模板制备策略及改进的扩增方法。 Among the diverse methods of the amplification of cDNA, rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) is widely used to the cloning and analysis of the full-length gene of eucaryotes due to its simple operation, relatively high rate of success and good reproducibility. This paper aims to summarize the applications of RACE through comparisons of the template preparation strategies adopted by the RACE Kits in markets and by the improved amplification methods.
