外语教师教育与发展研究：现状、思考与展望

A review of foreign language teacher education and development:Retrospective and prospective analyses

外语课程改革的深入发展引发了研究者对外语教师教育与发展的广泛关注。本文统计分析了近12年（1996—2007）10种国内外语类期刊发表的外语教师教育与发展研究论文，结果显示：1）进入21世纪以来，研究成果明显增加；2）研究方法发生变化，非材料性研究占绝对优势，但实证性研究有所上升；3）研究内容涵盖4个方面。文章还分析了目前研究之不足，并展望了未来研究的发展趋势。

With the further development of foreign language cumiculum, foreign language teacher education and development （FUFED） has become a great concern in the field of foreign language teaching in China. This paper reviews related papers published in 10 major domestic EFL journals from 1996 to 2007. It shows that the 21 st century has witnessed a significant increase in the amount of papers on FLTED. In terms of research methods, non-empirical studies predominate over empirical ones, with the later on a sharp increase. The research roughly covers 4 areas. And the problems in FLTED research along with the prospects of further studies are discussed.
