摘要
目的探讨颞骨鼓乳段面神经的斜矢状位断层解剖方法。方法应用先进的冷冻数控铣削技术,对20例正常国人颞骨标本进行斜矢状位断层解剖研究,数码相机摄影,计算机保存数据,获取鼓乳段面神经斜矢状位断层连续图像,并对所获图像进行形态解剖学观察。结果20例颞骨标本斜矢状位连续断层切片均得到鼓乳段面神经的连续显示层面,图像清晰,形态及走行显示良好。结论斜矢状位断层解剖研究可为临床鼓乳段面神经相关疾病的诊断、治疗、手术及影像学研究提供解剖学基础。
Objective To study the oblique sagittal sectional anatomy of tympanic and mastoid segment of facial nerve. Methods This study was done on 20 normal temporal bones of adults by using computerized cryo-milling technique. Digital photography was done, data saved in computer, seriate sectional photographs on an oblique sagittal plane obtained and the tympanic and mastoid segment of facial nerve observed. Results All the nerves studied were well displayed through oblique sagittal sec tional anatomy. Conclusion This study provides an anatomical foundation for diagnosis and therapy and imageology study of dis eases related with tympanic-and-mastoid-segment facial nerve.
