玻璃纤维增强型复合树脂桩核对基牙折断烤瓷牙效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨用玻璃纤维增强型复合树脂桩核即刻修复基牙折断烤瓷牙的效果。方法选择19例病人,共22颗基牙折断的烤瓷牙,用玻璃纤维增强型复合树脂桩核即刻修复,并随访观察修复后的牙龈形态、修复体功能、牙根X线片表现等指标。结果本组22颗牙,随访12个月,1例发生再折断,再次修复,其余21颗牙龈无充血及萎缩,修复体功能良好,未出现根折及根尖周炎表现。结论玻璃纤维增强型复合树脂桩核即刻修复基牙折断烤瓷牙是一种简便快捷的烤瓷基牙修复方法。 Objective To investigate the use of glass fiber reinforced resin composites for immediate repair of broken baked porcelain abutment teeth. Methods Nineteen patients with a total of 22 broken baked-porcelain-abutment teeth were immediately restored with glass fiber reinforced composite resin post, gingival morphology, function and dental root X-ray were then observed. Results A followed up for 12 months, one was broken again and restored, the rest were good without gingival congestion and atrophy, with good prosthetic restoration function, no dental root fracture and apical paradentitis. Conclusion Glass fi her reinforced resin composites for immediate repair of broken baked porcelain abutment teeth is convenient and shortcut.
