艾滋病病毒抗体检测外部质控参考品制备和应用

PREPARATION AND CLINICAL APPLICATION OF EXTERNAL QUALITY CONTROL REFERENCE IN AIDS VIRUS ANTIBODY DETECTION

目的制备艾滋病抗体检测的外部质控参考品,以保证艾滋病筛查实验室的检测质量。方法用人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体阴性血清稀释阳性对照的方法,经过国产试剂检测,制备出弱阳性标本的质控参考品,并绘制质控图。结果根据HIV抗体弱阳性的标准,确定按照1∶8稀释度制备外部质控血清,其质控物吸光度值/临界值(S/CO)为2.54,变异系数为15.2%。结论自行制备的HIV抗体弱阳性标本质控参考品用于HIV筛查实验室的质量控制和评价是经济可行的。

Objective To make AIDS virus antibody preparation for quality control reference and ensure the quality of AIDS screening. Methods Weakly positive anti-HIV quality control reference was prepared by diluting the positive control of domestic reagent with normal negative serum, and mapped quality control chart. Results Aeeording to the standard of weakly positive anti-HIV, external quality control reference was prepared by the dilution of 1 ： 8, its S/CO value was 2.54, and detected together with clinical samples and its coefficient of variation was 15.2~. Conclusion It is eeonomic and feasible to prepare weakly positive anti-HIV quality eontrol reference for laboratory screening of HIV.
