This paper covers the concept of right-first-time dyeing, problems existed in conventional dyeing, technical points in following procedures of order checking, sampling, confirmation, pilot trials and bulk production. Various reasons for color deviation between trials and bulk production are analyzed, including liquor ratio, dosing and circulation. Measures are put forward.
