摘要
利用不同规格(遮光率约35%和65%)生产用遮阳网,以人工控光研究了弱光胁迫对云烟87,K326,红花大金元烤烟生育期生理效应的影响。结果表明:3个品种烤烟在弱光胁迫下,叶绿素含量较对照有明显增加;红大和云烟87丙二醛(MDA)含量较对照有明显减少,成熟期增势缓慢;红大和云烟87在弱光胁迫下脯氨酸(Pro)含量与多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性随处理时间的延长开始显著上升并明显高于对照,并且遮光率越高,上升速度越快。
The test was conducted to explore the effect of low light intensity on physiological characteristics of 3 kinds of flue-cured tobaccos ( Yunyan87, K326 and Hongda), using 2 kinds of black nylon shading with the shading rates of 65% and 35%. The results indicated that the contents of chlorophyll (CHL) of 3 kinds of tobaccos increased, compared with CK treatment. The contents of malondialde- hyde (MDA) of Hongda and Yunyan87 significantly reduced according to CK, and it went slowly at maturing period. Compared with CK, the proline (Pro) contents and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activities of all treatments, except the treatment of K326, were less than CK, which began to increase dramatically and be significantly higher than CK with time continuing. The lower the light intensity was, the faster the contents and activity increased.
