新型除草剂Oryzalin的浓度和处理时间对诱导彩色马蹄莲多倍体的影响 被引量:18

Effects of the New Herbicide-oryzalin's Concentration and Time Duration on Inducing Polyploidy of Coloured Zantedeschia aethiopica

摘要 用新型除草剂Oryzalin作为彩色马蹄莲体细胞染色体加倍的诱导剂,以愈伤组织芽点为处理材料,研究了不同处理浓度和处理时间的除草剂对彩色马蹄莲染色体加倍的影响。结果表明:以0.001 6%的浓度处理36 h效果最好,变异率达34%。本研究为培育彩色马蹄莲四倍体新品种,以及进一步检测四倍体植株能否克服马蹄莲种间杂交障碍提供种质资源储备。 With the new herbicide-oryzalin to treat the callus with young buds of coloured Zantedeschia aethiopica in vitro, the effects of oryzalin of different concentration and time duration on doubling chromosome of coloured Z. aethiopica were studied. The result showed that 0. 001 6 % with 36 h was the best one to induce mutation of eoloured Z. aethiopica, and the mutation rate was up to 34%. The resuits can provide genetics back up for breeding tetraploid new variety and see if tetraploid plants can overcome the obstacle of interspecifie cross of coloured Z. aethiopica.
