结合笔者工作实践,在分析了发挥教代会闭会期间作用方面存在的问题及原因的基础上,从发挥教代会闭会期间作用的基础、保障、关键、重要举措等方面探讨了高校应如何发挥教代会闭会期间的作用,以期为做好发挥教代会闭会期间作用的工作提供有益的参考。

The author of this paper, based on work practice, discussed how to play a role of staff congress in inter- session.
