鼻区骨折的CR和MSCT诊断结果比较

摘要 目的探讨计算机X线摄影(CR)和多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对鼻区骨折诊断价值。方法42例鼻外伤病人均行侧位CR和横轴位MSCT检查,每个MSCT图像被拆薄,并行二维和三维重建,然后将两种检查结果进行分析和比较。结果CR和MSCT对鼻骨骨折和鼻区非鼻骨骨折的诊断,差异均具有极显著意义(χ2=14.06、42.80,P<0.01)。结论MSCT对鼻骨骨折,尤其是鼻区非鼻骨骨折的诊断明显优于CR,是目前诊断鼻区骨折的有效方法。 Objective To evaluate the value of computed radiography (CR) and multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture. Methods Forty-two patients with nasal trauma were examined with lateral CR and axial MSCT, each CT image was performed with thin-thickness recombination, two- and three-dimensional reconstruction. The findings of CR films were compared with that of MSCT images. Results There were significant differences in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture (x^2 = 14.06,P〈0.01) and fracture of other bones in the nasal area (x^2 = 42.80, P〈0.01) between CR and MSCT. Conclusion MSCT is superior to CR in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture, especially complicated bone fracture in nasal area, so it is an optimal means in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture at present.
