微观视角的技术创新与经济绩效的实证研究:一个文献综述

Review of the Relation between Corporate Innovation and Economic Performance from Micro-perspective

随着公司创新活动调查的全面深入,微观视角的技术创新与经济绩效关系的实证检验是近年来创新经济学的研究热点。西方学者们在实证检验企业R&D、创新与生产率的关系时,虽然使用的样本不同、模型具体设定及计量方法不同,得到的结论互异,但研究范式趋于一致。虽然知识管理并不等同于创新,但两者紧密相关,许多学者探讨了企业知识管理活动对生产率的影响。本文对其中一些代表性文献的研究逻辑、实证方法及主要结论作了初步梳理。

With surveys of innovative activity become deeper and more comprehensive in many countries,empirical studies of impact of innovation on the performance become important focus in innovative economics.While samples,models and econometric methodology and conclusion are different,many scholars employ the same pattern when they investigate the links between productivity,innovation and research & development at the firm level.Meanwhile,though knowledge management is not equal to innovation,they have close correlation,scholars have explored impact of knowledge management on the productivity.This paper sorts out the logic,method and main conclusion of principal literatures from these studies,in hope to provide help for future investigation in this area.
