参与式教学法培训计划免疫师资的效果评价

AN EVALUATI ON ONTRAINING EFFECT USING ADULT- PARTICIPATING METHOD TO EPITEACHERS AT COUNTYLEVEL

对淮南市应用参与式教学法培训县（区）级计划免疫师资的效果进行了评估。评估表明，应用该法培训计划免疫是成功的、有效的。同时，笔者建议在基层培训中，对七种方法应灵活运用，注重成人培训的特点，以达到培训的真正效果。

This paper reported an evaluation on the training effect using adultparticipating method to EPI teachers at county level.The results showed that training course was successful and effective. It suggested that 7 training methods should be flexibly applied to the grass-roots units and the characteristics of the adult students should pay attention to in the course of training,so as to gain satisfactory training effect.
