摘要
机构知识库(IR)是学术机构为捕获并保存机构的智力成果而建立的面向机构和社区的数字资源库。本文主要探讨国内外机构知识库建设的发展情况,以及我国在建设机构知识库中的法律问题及法律政策。
Institutional Repository （IR） is a class of digital resource database created by the scholar institutional repository for capturing and preserving the intellectual achievements that offers to the institutions and its community member. The developments on the institutional repositories in the world are studied in this work, and the law problems and policies relating to the construction of the institutional repository in our country are discussed as well.
