摘要
为了提高图书馆的服务水平和服务质量,本文针对学校图书馆日常收集的读者满意度评价数据,应用物元分析法,从中找出读者不满意的服务,以辅助图书馆适时改进服务质量和水平,提高优质服务能力。
In order to improve library service level and quality, the paper is aimed at the school library collection of readers satisfied with the evaluation data, applying matter--element analysis method to find the readers unsatisfied services, inorder to support the library timely improve service quality and level, improve quality service capacity.
