福建省1992～1996年急性弛缓性麻痹病例病原学监测结果分析

AETIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF AFP CASES DURING 1992～1996 IN FUJIAN PROVINCE

福建省１９９２～１９９６年急性弛缓性麻痹（ＡＦＰ）病例合格粪便标本采集率为６８５％～７３０４％。７天内送检及时率为３５７１％～６４２２％。１９９２～１９９４年病毒分离以脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）Ｉ型野毒株为主，１９９５～１９９６年以非脊灰肠道病毒（ＮＰＥＶ）为主，且未分离到脊灰野病毒，表明我省通过强化免疫后，有力地阻断了脊灰野病毒的传播，建议１９９７／１９９８年度仍开展强化免疫，确保我省实现消灭脊灰的目标。
