基于正交试验的畚斗冲压成形工艺参数优化 被引量:2

摘要 针对曲面冲压件畚斗冲压成形过程中易起皱和拉裂的问题,采用弹塑性有限元法,利用Dynaform模拟分析,对畚斗成形过程及影响成形质量的5个主要工艺参数进行模拟和正交试验优化,获得了最佳工艺参数组合,最后利用试验对数值模拟结果验证。结果表明,优化结果与试验结果吻合较好,对冲压工艺设计有指导意义。 Wrinkle and tension crack may occur in the stamping process of bucket, a curved surface part. In order to solve it, elastic-plastic finite element method and Dynaform simulation analysis were used to make simulation and orthogonal experimental optimization on the forming process and five main influencing parameters. An optimal parameter combination was obtained and then verified by experiment. It shows that the two results agree well.
