以柜式空调器出风网为例,详细阐述了三板式点浇口注射模的结构设计要点与工作过程,通过采用典型的多滑块抽芯结构、多弹簧顶出复位系统,使模具的使用寿命和可靠性大大提高,经过在实践中不断优化选材和热处理工艺、控制加工精度和改进配模技术,大大缩短了配模时间和模具制造周期,提高了生产效率,降低了制造成本。
The key structural design points and working process of a 3-plate injection mould with pin-point gate for a wind net in a packaged air-conditioner were described. The application of typical multi-slide core-pulling mechanism, multi-spring ejection and reset system greatly extends the mould service life and reliability. The selection of materials and heat treatment technique also help improve the production efficiency.
