东海县的淮猪保种繁育与产业化开发 被引量:2

摘要 黄淮海黑猪(淮猪),属古老的华北型猪种,是我国新淮猪、沂蒙黑猪等培育猪种的亲本,是培育杂交改良品种的良好育种素材。准猪被毛黑色,体形紧凑,四肢粗壮,适应性强,耐粗饲,抗病力强,性成熟早,产仔率高,在中国猪系中属多产品系。准猪生产性能良好。纯繁情况下,6月龄平均体重75kg,背膘厚3cm,屠宰率65%,瘦肉率44.5%。
