国产与进口复方甘草酸苷片的质量评价

Quality evaluation on domestic and imported Compound Gycyrrhizin Tablets

目的考察国产与进口复方甘草酸苷片的质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定3个主成分的含量及有关物质,采用桨法测定溶出度,并计算累积溶出百分率。结果国产复方甘草酸苷片的各项质量指标均符合药典要求。结论国产与进口复方甘草酸苷片的各项质量指标无明显差异。

Objective To investigate the quality of both the domestic and the imported Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets. Methods The content of three principal compositions and the related substances were determined by HPLC. The dissolution tests were carried out with oaring method, and the accumulative release percentage was calculated. Results The quality indexes of domestic Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets can meet the requirment of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusions There were no significant differences in quality indexes between the domestic Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets and the imported one.
