中小企业集群的自组织行为研究——深圳华侨城的实证分析 被引量:2

摘要 笔者应用自组织理论分析了中小企业集群的复杂性特征与深层演化机理。研究认为,中小企业集群可以通过自创生、自适应、自会聚、自繁衍和自增强五种自组织行为实现可持续发展。研究结论对目前正在或拟通过实施中小企业集群战略谋求持续成长的区域具有借鉴意义。 The author analyses the complex features and profound evolution mechanism of the SME cluster with the self - organization theory. The study indicates SME cluster can attain sustainable development through five self- organization behaviors of self - establishing, self - adapting, self - assembling, self - developing and self - enhancing. The result of this research can be of reference significance to those regions that are practising or will practice the SME cluster strategy to achieve sustainable development.
