通过对赣州三所高校双语教学师资队伍进行调查研究,分析双语教学师资队伍的现状、存在的问题,提出了加快双语教学师资队伍建设的若干对策,推动双语教学更好、更快发展。

Based on the survey of the bilingual teaching staff in Ganzhou three universities, this paper analyses the current situation and problems of the bilingual teaching staff and puts forward several counterparts so as to improve the development of bilingual teaching.
