总结了黑龙江省三年来供电技术监督工作情况,分析了有关技术监督指标。对目前供电技术监督工作提出一些建设性意见和工作思路,论述了技术监督工作对当前状态检修工作的重要性。
The paper summed up the situation of power supply technology supervision in past three years in Heilongjiang province, analyzed technology supervision index and presented some suggestions and thought about power supply technology supervision focusing on actual circumstance at present and discussed the significance of technology supervision effecting on condition-based overhaul.
