纳米技术在中药研究中的应用进展

Application of Nanotechnology in the Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine

纳米技术是在纳米尺度下对物质进行制备、研究和工业化,以及利用纳米尺度物质进行交叉研究和工业化的综合性研究体系。中药产生的药理作用不完全归功于该药物特有的化学组成,还应该与药物的物理状态(如颗粒大小)密切相关,通过将纳米技术引入现代中药的研究开发,可以扩展中药的理论和实践研究,扩大中药的应用范围。通过对近年来纳米技术在中药研究中的应用进行综述,介绍了纳米技术应用于中药研究领域的发展状况,重点从纳米中药的特点、类型、制备技术、研究方向、研究中面临的问题等方面进行了系统论述。

Nanotechenology is a new comprehensive system,which prepares substances or materials at molecular or nuclear levels in nanometer scale,and nano materials can be explored to apply on broad aspects of industrial engineering sciences. The pharmacological reaction of traditional Chinese medicine can not only be contributed to its specific chemical composition but also be closely related to the phsical status of the medicine such as the particle size etc. Nanotechnology is intruduced for the research and development of medern Chinese medicine,to extend the theory and practice research,to expand the adhibition extension. The application of nanotechnology in the research of traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed in this ar- ticle,the development,character, category,preparative technique, the trend and matter of research in the traditional Chines medicine were discussed after the application of nanotechnology.
