摘要
啤酒酵母葡聚糖是一类免疫多糖,其生物活性强,毒副作用低,属高效生物应答剂。文章论述了酵母葡聚糖的结构和免疫作用机理,介绍了β-1,3-D-葡聚糖的免疫学功能以及目前在饲料加工和动物医学方面的应用现状,并综述了酵母葡聚糖的应用前景。
Glucan from beer yeast is an immuno-polysaccharide. It is an effective biological respondent, which has strong biological activity and low toxic. The structural features and immunological mechanisms of glucan from beer yeast were described in this paper. Several immunological functions and applying status as forage additives and animal medicine of yeastβ-1,3-D-gluean were introduced. Moreover, the prospects of its application in several respects were also discussed in this paper.
