摘要
通过控制钢中有害元素含量、采用特殊的操作技术、提高钢水的Mn/Si比、选用合适的精炼渣系、实施全程保护浇注等措施,采用LD-LF-VD-CC-轧制工艺生产出了满足用户要求的12Cr1MoVG高压锅炉管钢。
By means of the following measures the 12CrlMoVG steel pipe billet for high - pressure boiler to meet demands from customers is produced： controlling the content of harmful elements in steel, adopting special operating technique, raising Mn/Si ratio of smelted steel, selecting suitable refining slag system, practicing whole - course protected - casting, adopting LD - LF - VD - CC rolling process.
